Return and Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Send an email to bill@myils.com  describing the reason you are not satisfied and we will sort out the best available solution based on our policies. 

Returns
Items are returnable within 30  calendar days from the date the item is received if at least one of  these conditions is true. 

• The item has NO custom etching.
• The custom etching does not match the request placed in the order. 
• The item is defective. 

A  receipt or proof of purchase is required to return an item.
 
 
Refunds   
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

  
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).  
You will receive the credit within a 10 days, funds will be available to you depending on your card issuer's policies.   
 
 
Shipping   
If a return qualifies for free shipping, a label will be sent to you.  A return will qualify for free shipping if the item is defective or the custom etching does not match the request placed in the order.
